通信機器、冷暖房機器、医療機器、特殊印刷機、各種計測器、 等に使用 される様々なタイプの精密板金部品を製作。 加工原材料は鉄、ｽﾃﾝﾚｽ、アルミ、銅、その他 の金属及び非鉄金属板。 工程はタレットパンチ、レーザーによる外形抜き・穴あけ、曲げ、 ﾀｯﾋﾟﾝｸﾞ、溶接、溶剤塗装（※紛体塗装は外注）、シルク印刷等。 主に専用金型を使用しな い「少量多品種」部品の製造。 プレス金型を使用した単発プレス加工も可。順送プレス部品は外注。 加工板厚は鉄板で0.2mmから10mm。加工精度は0.1mm以下。 外形抜き・穴あけから塗装、シルク印刷までを一貫製作できる。
